1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: All orders will be processed only after full payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is verified.
  • Inventory Check: In rare cases where an item is out of stock after your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to offer alternatives (e.g., a refund, backorder, or substitution) based on your preference.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. The shipping method will be selected based on your location, order size, and chosen service:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most locations. Delivered via major couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or local postal services) with typical transit times of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent orders, express shipping is available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout). Transit times are 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by region (typically 7–14 business days) and may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders processed by 3:00 PM (local time) will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders processed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
  • Holidays & Peak Periods: During public holidays, sales events, or peak seasons (e.g., holidays), order processing and dispatch may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We will notify customers of significant delays via email.
